Creamy Salmon and Rice
If you are looking for an easy dinner to fill everybody, this one is perfect? Last night I needed something quick and easy, and it was very tasty! This dish was finished within an hour. Here are the following ingredients:
4 slices of salmon
Rosemary
Parsley
Pepper
Salt
Oregano
1/2 cup of water
1 1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup of Onions and Chive cream cheese
Rice
1 cup of croutons
Egg whites
1 tsp. of starch

4 slices of salmon

1/2 cup of water
1 1/2 cup Milk
1/2 cup of Onions and Chive cream cheese
Rice
1 cup of croutons
Egg whites
1 tsp. of starch
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- In a 11"x 14" pan, set the four slices of salmon in the pan.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on the salmon, then layer the seasonings by sprinkling rosemary, parsley, and oregano.
- Pour 1/2 cup of water in the pan so the fish does not dry out.
- Set the salmon in the oven for 30 minutes.
- On a cutting board, chop 1 cup of croutons
- Mix croutons in 2 egg whites
- Thoroughly rinse 2 cups of rice
- In a pot, boil rice until there is no water on the surface
- After taking the salmon out of the oven, spread the crushed croutons over the fish
- Turn the oven up to 395 degrees
- Bake salmon for 10 more minutes, or until croutons become crunchy
- In a small sauce pan, pour 1 1/2 cup of milk
- In that sauce pan, put 1/2 cup of onions and chives cream cheese
- Sprinkle salt and oregano in sauce
- Sprinkle 1 tsp. of starch in the sauce
- Stir till a semi thick substance
- Take out salmon of the oven
- In a bowl, put a spoonful of rice, a slice of salmon on top, then sauce to top the dish off
