Ingredients:
1 cups mixed salad greens (I use leaf lettuce, endive and radiccio)
4 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/2 ounces crumbled feta cheese
2 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- Toss mixed salad greens, cranberries, feta cheese and walnuts
- Combine vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, black pepper and olive oil in a separate bowl
- Combine dressing and dry ingredients if desired
- Enjoy!
